Squats

Okay, so I've been doing 100 squats almost everyday for my workout. (and yoga, but that's another story.)
Trurh is, I've been feeling very over weight lately, because when I'm sitting (which is alot) I have an unbreakable habit of curling up/bending over. This makes me feel fat because my stomach makes these little bumps like almost rolls.
I am, starting now, going to try to get to my ideal image of who I want to be.
