Just finished reading this series, (which includes three books; Defy, Ignite, and Endure) and it was an ok series. I went into it thinking it would take a certain route, but even though it deverged from what I had in mind, it wasn't a bad series. 

I didn't like how for someone who was supposed to have been hiding her sex for three years, Alexa acted like a crybaby and well...a girl.

It was written pretty well though, (though I did get tired of how many times the author wrote 'he can see into my soul' or something around those lines in the second book) and was probably the reason why I finished the series so quickly.

Recommended for people who like romance and action.

So after finishing the Delirium series, I read this book, which was a nice change of pace.
I liked the book a lot,  and It was very nicely written and easy to get into. Sometimes I read too fast and had to go back and re-read parts.
I don't think I'll read the second book though, (or maybe eventually) because I feel like I don't really need to do feel like I have a complete story.

Great read for people who love romance and distopia and poetry.
I got kind of tired of all the poetic discriptions halfway through the book,  even though I think they were more to emphasize what being in love really feels like.
A wonderful read, at least until the angst - filled ending

I just finished the last book in this series, and I have begun to think of this series as one of my all time favorites.
The character, plot line,  setting and writing were amazing, and I just could not get enough.

I quite enjoyed this book.
I don't really know why, but there was just a general aura to the story that kept lulling me in for more and making me think about the story when I wasn't reading the book but doing something else.

Great superstitious book. I get a feeling that this is a series...so maybe I'll read the next book if it's out.

I want to become a neuroscientist or a neurologist.

To do that I thought that maybe I should get a head start and start reading about the things I need to know about the brain. 

So I read this book from the library, and frankly it was great. 

There were times when I thought that what the author was talking about was irrelevant, but every little piece of knowledge about the brain in this book was connected in some way or another, and for that I am glad that I finished this book and did not give up halfway.

I love neuroscience. 

It is an amazing study and I am really excited to learn more about it!

So when I first started reading this book I was a little skeptical, but in the end I'm glad that I read this book...because it was really good.

I loved the characters, the plot, and just the way the book was written and the perspective the reading gains from the book, because it deals with a lot of problems and issues that teens my age don't really get answers to, but his book deals with teens our age who are facing and trying to cope with the same problems, and I think that it's great to finally be able to see what it's like from their kind of perspective, (even though I am a girl and the main Chara is a guy) it was really interesting.

The ending of the book was nice, and my favorite character other than the main character would probably have to be Thor, I liked him the most.

it took me a while to finish this book, and near the middle I found it was kind of slow, but it was a good book. I would have liked it if there were more hints avout who the murderer was throughout the book, but in the end it was fine. (^~^)

Can't say it was my favorite mystery novel, but I really liked it! (^~^)
I was really sad when Carl died, and I loved Fenwick's personality.

The Messenger of Athens

By Anne Zouroudi.
This book was kind of boring at the start, but it was filled with so many amazing lessons that by the end I had no choice but to say it was an amazing book.
It is mature, for it does talk about sex and blood, but it doesn't steer you from the main plot.
I found that there was a lot of long descriptions though, which I can't say I liked, (>_>) but it was fine.
My favorite character was Hermes and Aunt Sofia.
