New workout

Alrightie-o,
I have started a new workout that consists of the following.
Play 3-4 min song and do squats throughout entire song.
Play 3-4 min song and do calf-raises throughout entire song.
Play 2-3 min song and make thighs parrallel to floor by wall. Hold for entire song.
Ugh. That was painful to type. Anyways, I'll let u know if it stets working or if I change. (^3^)
